I would like to introduce myself to you, my name is Mary Miller and I will be assisting you with your 2024/2025 Membership season and application packet. This will be my second year undertaking this task, to those of you that I worked with last year, it was a pleasure and I took forward to another successful season. To our new homeowners, we welcome you and are very happy to assist you throughout the process. I normally work Monday through Friday but please know that during the application process I am available to answer questions or meet with you. We have made some changes and additions to our policies. Please read the information carefully. During the application process from the 2023 season, we have discovered that changes were necessary, after careful review and with great consideration; we now have a policy that is fair to everyone.

We would like to remind you that Split Rock reserves the right to deny or revoke membership and priviledges if deemed necessary. All fees paid are non-refundable.

It is very important that you, the homeowner understands that Split Rock owns the docks and boat slips. In the event of a sale of your home, the slip does not transfer to the new owner. The slip now becomes available to the next homeowner on the waitlist.

Please submit all required documents with payment in full. Any application that is missing any information will be returned to your completion.

Please know that you the homeowner and our guests of the resort are our priority. We look forward to a safe, healthy and great year ahead.

1. Rules & Regulations: Please read carefully as changes have been made:

* BOAT SLIPS: Are considered according to the status of the previous year- When completing the application please note that slip number from the previous year. The season runs from May 15 until October 15. We are no longer renting slips by the month. Payment in full is due at the time of the application submittal. We will no longer hold boat slips without payment. The following requirements: Current proof of insuranse, current registration from the fish & boat commission. Photo of your boat. In addition, the $100.00 sticker fee & the LHG Sticker - please see notes.
NOTE: If your boat is registered out of state and you are renting longer than 60 days, it is a state Lay that you register your boat in the State of Pennsylvania. This proof of registration must be submitted prior to securing your boat slip.
* NON-SLIPS BOATS: Use of the launch will be require a sticker. All cottage owners using the launch must provide proof of insurance and valid PA registration along with the $100.00 sticker fee & the LHG Sticker- Please see notes.
* JET SKI: With the safety of your homeowners, guests, and local residents in mind, Split Rock / SCHU USA LLC will not allow the launching of Jet Skis from our Property.
* KAYAK RACK OR SLIP RENTALS: Your kayak does not have to be registered with the State of Pennsylvania since we are a private lake, please know, if you use a state owned lake you must your kayak registered.
* GOLF CART REGISTRATION: Proof of insurance must be submitted. All drivers must have a valid driver's license and must be 18 years of age. It is your responsability to make sure that you are operating a safe and compliant vehicle at all times, tires must be golf cart tires, and carts with knobby or unsafe tires will not be allowed on the roadways, at no time ATV's Quads, Dune Buggies or lift carts allowed on any Split Rock Property. Non-stickered golf carts are not permitted.
Please note: Split Rock Country Club/Golf Course is a separate entity - rules and regulations may differ.

2. Types of Membership

FULL MEMBERSHIP: A cottage owner for the purpose of membership enrollment of the owner of record (i.e. record on the deed) six members per household - All members must admit a 1x1 photo includes, beach, pavilion, Galleria indoor pool, Fitness Center indoor / outdoor tennis courts.

BEACH PASSES: A cottage owner for the purpose of membership enrollment of the owner of record (i.e. record on the deed) six members per household - All members must submit a 1x1 - If the lagoon is closed for health reasons, the outdoor pool will be made available during this time.

FITNESS MEMBERSHIP: A cottage owner for the purpose of membership enrollment of the owner of record (ie. record on the deed) six members per household - All members must submit a 1x1 photo indoor / outdoor tennis courts. Reservations are required for use of the tennis courts, 570 722 9111 - ask for the Recreation Team.

Guest passes are available at the front desk of the Galleria in the presence of a member with a membership ID card. Replacement of lost membership cards will be replaced at the cost of $25.00 each.

SPLIT ROCK reserves the right to deny memberships, or rentals; we hold the right to revoke such privileges if deemed necessary. All rentals are memberships are non-refundable. Please make sure to enclose all required documents, proof of insurances, and payment in full on or before May 1, 2024.

ATTENTION ALL BOATERS: LAKE HARMONY GROUP:

We have collaborated with the Lake Harmony Group to collect the sticker fee. The fee is $100.00. This payment should be made payable to the LGH on separate check and sent in with your application.
The group is made up of volunteers that work together with the Lake Harmony Preservation Group. All monies collected are used for the Preservation, health and safety of our beautiful lake. The groups fund the treatment of the lake and the continued support of the Lake Bubblers. Please know, this is very important that this fee is paid, Split Rock will not issue any rental slips or launch permits without this sticker.
We must work together to ensure that our lake is healthy and viable for not only us, but for the future generations.
